This is a vintage London Fog Maincoats Olive Clipper Mills Glen Plaid All Season Trench Coat / Top Coat in Men’s size 42 Regular.

This coat was made at Londontown Manufacturing Co. in Baltimore, MD. This dates the coat to pre-1976 when the company moved to Eldersburg, MD. The Maincoats brand was made beginning in 1954, ultimately dating this coat to between 1954 and 1976.

Shell is made of 50% polyester and 50% combed cotton. Machine wash and dry.

Zip out lining is made of 80% alpaca and 20% mohair pile. The backing is 55% rayon and 45% cotton. Lining is DRY CLEAN ONLY.

This coat has been meticulously cared for and is in excellent vintage condition.
