I usually ship USPS Ground Advantage if possible.  I do offer combined shipping for all my items.  Just put them in your cart together and check out at the same time.  I will refund the excess shipping price as soon as I print the label.  You can also request an invoice and I can send it with the new total. 

I do not usually include a packing slip to help cut down on paper waste.  If you'd like one, please just send me a message with your order and I will provide one to you.
