Our KITS contain the basic materials needed for this project. EDGES & CORNERS ARE SQUARE just like in the pictures . It is up to YOU ,  the builder of the kit to ROUND corners  and EASE edges then SAND for smoothness.

Our few BAD FEEDBACKS  are complaints about these pieces needing to be more refined

Our standard  4 blade propeller kit  includes a

3/4" thick x 2" (1-7/8 +/-) SOLID MAHOGANY hub with 1/8" hole and 35° slots

4) 1/4" x 2  1/4" x  6  3/4"  Cedar blade blanks ( solid wood ) to be rounded to your liking

Mahogany and cedar are both weather resistant materials that tolerate  outside conditions.

Assembled as is the propeller will measure approx. 14  1/2" across.  It can be made shorter  and be  shaped as you desire.

We recommend epoxy for assembly although wood glue should hold.

  Your propeller should  be sanded and painted or sealed to last as long as possible.
