Condition is “New”. This set is brand new and comes with the original box, however the box is NOT factory sealed. All bags of pieces are factory sealed and the set is complete with all part bags. Please note it does seem like some of the white parts are a bit faded from aging. Catalog is included, but THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL IS MISSING (however this can be found online for free).
