There is ample iinformation about Henri & Antoine Balleroy who purchased a porcelain factory in Limoges ca 1900.
Creil-Montereau refers to the region in North Central France as well as to the faience/earthenware derived from the white clay found there. Limoges is the production center of pottery and porcelain.
