1967-1968 Ford Mustang drivers (LH) side headlight bucket factory OEM part# C7ZB-13A045-A FOMOCO. Comes as shown in the listing pictures. All mounting tabs are still attached. Does have two small cracks underneath the very top edge (see last two pictures showing this).
