Excellent condition MIJ early 1970s Epiphone FT-130SB (sunburst) grand concert acoustic. These are really nice playing and sounding guitars, IF they have been spared the ravages of over-tensioning. Well, good news, this one has. (Or, as I suspect, it was the bridge attachment that suffered instead of other issues not so easily remedied.) The neck block is still solidly attached and has barely moved a nanometer, so everything is still 100% stable for the long haul. As we all know, sometimes these 1970s Epi neck attachments push forward. The bridge had cracked along the pins and was lifting very cleanly. I just went ahead and replaced it with a fixed saddle unit, which most players prefer. Super clean, and top is flat. Action and intonation are spot on. In fact, this guitar has slightly low action (a little over 1/16”) with a relatively tall saddle. However, you can still play aggressively without undue string buzzing. Excellent condition all around, with just a few minor dings and scratches and a little bit of case wear on the treble upper bout side. A couple cracks in the peghead overlay at the tuner bushings (why?), and a corner is chipped off the neck bolt cover. Includes an inexpensive but solid gigbag.

NOTE: USA regulations under the CITES convention (trade in endangered species) have finally been loosened to allow easy international shipping of vintage instruments, unless they contain BRAZILIAN r******d (Dahlbergia nigra). Fortunately, there is clearly no Brazilian on this guitar (East Indian), so it can be shipped internationally.

UPDATE: Ebay now demands that we sellers give THIRTY DAYS for returns. Any honest buyer will know within a few days whether there is any need for a return. I no longer take returns through Ebay, but I will never "stick" another musician with a guitar. Please contact me if there any problems, and we'll work it out.
