Cover (VG+) has light ring wear, shelf wear, corner wear, edge wear. About 1 inch of the center bottom seam is beginning to show signs of splitting. Hole punched on upper left corner. Disc (EX) is clean overall with some light sleeve rub marks that do not affect play. Otherwise would be borderline NM, as the record itself appears unplayed with no spindle marks or scratches/scuffs. Clean, highly collectible copy!
