Brand New " YabramS " Jewish Kosher Slaughter Knife for small animals, also known as a Dakos Shechita Chalef, with a 24 cm (9.45 Inches) Cutting Edge.

The new super high quality YabramS razor-sharp Stainless-Steel blades are known for easy sharpening (shtelling) but hold their sharpness for hours of use, saving the Shochet quality time of re-sharpening often.

The entire knife is approximately 37.5 cm (14.75 Inches) long, the blade measures 25 cm (9.85 inches) by 5 cm (1.96 inches) wide, with a 24 cm (9.45 Inches) cutting edge, and the handle measures approx. 13 cm (5.1 Inches).

The knife is available with either a Black or a White PVC handle (see last picture), so please add me a note with the required color upon purchase.

These knife is sold with a professional protective leather sheath, especially designed for such knifes, with a Velcro closure.
