It is a SIZE 44/US 12 (BUT PLEASE VERIFY WITH ONLINE CONVERSION CHART AND MY MEASUREMENTS IN THE PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASING)!

It is such a stunning and unique design!

It has a double breasted front with heavy weight gold tone button.  Those same buttons are on the cuffs of the jacket (see photo).

Two large and usable pockets in the front.
