It is customer's return item, overall cosmetically in good condition and seems to be in working order when you plugged in (customer complaint that it goes into short-circuit protection mode when he attached the speakers with it etc.) i am not the technical person nor have speakers to check it so am selling it as parts or not working just to prevent return. come as pictured above with power cable only in simple brown packing. Unit seems to be working perfect with me but i don't know about which customer claimed. Please think before buy. thanks
