How do I determine the right helmet size?
To ensure maximum protection, every cyclist should wear the right helmet for them. To determine the size correctly, the head circumference must be measured.
Step 1: Place a tape measure approx. 2 cm above the eyebrows.
Step 2: Read your measurement in centimeters.
Step 3: Select the appropriate helmet size using the size chart.
Correct seat
Place the bicycle helmet horizontally on your head so that the front and back are at the same height - just as you placed the measuring tape. This means that the helmet offers protection for the face and forehead area.
Now tighten the locking ring using the adjusting wheel. Depending on the closure system, the height can also be individually adjusted. With Lazer's Autofit® system, however, the locking ring adjusts automatically, so manual adjustment is not necessary.
The fastening straps frame the ear in the shape of a “Y”. The “regulating buckle” is located directly under the ear. The chin strap is then closed. Between the strap and the chin there should be approx. There should be 1.5 cm space.
Even through shaking and lifting, the bicycle helmet should now sit firmly and move as little as possible.
