Condition of Goods

All our items are ex showroom display and must therefore be described as used - even though they may be in good condition.

We detail and include images of any damage to the items in the eBay listing so that the buyer is fully aware of their condition to avoid disappointment. 

How collection works

On collection the buyers courier will be made aware of any damage to the items as described to the buyer in the eBay listing.

The courier will be required to check the items and sign to accept that their condition is as described in the eBay listing

Once items have been signed for by the courier they become the buyers responsibility. 

We can not accept returns, or claims for any item which is damaged after the item has been signed for by the buyers courier.
