I bought this new in the luggage store on Piccadilly, London, I think in 1992 or 93, certainly early 1990's. I used it briefly but then replaced it with a Georgio Armani briefcase around 1995/6 (also offered for sale). The Bridge I think still make this same model almost identical today. The straps are designed to hold a rolled up newspaper, although I used them to hold a short umbrella, much more practical in London. The far right front pocket was for a mobile phone but at 8cm x 15cm, not sure big enough for todays models. Consists of two front pockets, with stud fasteners, 25cm x 20cm and 8cm x 15cm below two buckled leather straps approx 12cm apart. Two zipped compartments, the first with three deep pockets, the second with three shallow (biz card holder) pockets. The reverse with one zipped, lined, compartment.

Really well made and very rare to find from this 'Neo-vintage' period in this condition, cool look for someone looking for something different. Only selling as I just don't use a briefcase anymore.
