This is a brand new, sealed packet containing one roller ball pen with 2 blue ink cartridges. The outer packaging does have a couple of marks and creases due to being on display but it has never been opened and the pen is sealed inside - see photos.

Blue ink can be erased and written over with Pelikan Super Pirat and Pelikan Super Sheriff

Please note, the packaging my differ in condition to the one shown in the photo but it will be sealed and unopened with the pen and cartridges unused inside but the outer packaging will have creases/signs of wear due to being on a shelf in a busy store.
