This Bowl is 3 1/4 ins. tall and 7 ins. from handler to handler.   I polished it enougn to see the marks.  Somebody told me what the marks were.  It has USA-Japan on one of the marks.   I don't know the metal.  some say it's Silver-plated.  Some say difference metals.
