An acceptable condition hardcover copy of 'Eight Men Out: The Black Sox and the 1919 World Series' by Eliot Asinof. This is the Book Club Edition version. The dust jacket has some chipping along the edges. There are some stain spots, and some of the outer graphic has been peeled off at the bottom of the spine section. There is tanning to both the outside and inside of the dust jacket. The outside of the book, itself, has a little fading to some spots, and the upper outer page edges have water stain spots and is a bit dirty. Inside there is no writing or markings, as well as no folds. There is some tanning to the pages, and the start of a little splitting to the binding between pages 178 and 179. The spine also has a bit of a lean. A copy with a little cosmetic wear, but overall in nice condition for the age and appears to have been read very little, if at all. Shipped via USPS Media Mail.
