No Ice packs for those who live in warmer climate areas

You are still responsible for tracking and getting your package out of the mail box quickly.

Item is packaged and shipped within 24 hours sometimes same business day.  

Shipping only, no pick up. 

Please make sure your address is correct. I will not change the address. 

No P.O. Boxes. APO and FPO for Military is fine. If you live in a state that the weather is hot enough to melt the wax 

please be home to get your package indoors and place in the freezer.  

When you purchase wax, you as the buyer understand that you are responsible for tracking your package and getting it from the mail box quickly. If left in the mail box or on the porch in extreme heat for a long period of time it will melt.*

Track your package on the USPS Website and put your mail on hold through  the Post Office Hold. You can pick it up at the post office. This will prevent your bars from melting in your mail box. 

RETURN POLICY:  

Contact Prior to Processing a return or if your package hasn't arrived. 

If a package is returned you will not be refunded the cost of shipping (it will be deducted from your purchase order), processing fees and a 20% restocking fee.   

"Melted wax is not refundable or replaceable."  Because you don't like the scent or because it

is not what it used to be, is not refundable, returnable or replaceable.  

No Returns once the product is used it is not refundable or replaceable.

Insurance on Packages are at your cost. Request prior to purchase so I can add it to the listing.
