From the Harding Sandstone of Colorado a nice rare specimen of the earliest known shark skin (tooth-like denticles). These were recently described and now belong to the species Tezakia hardingensis.

With each purchase we can now offer a Scanning Electron Microscope image of typical specimens (the image shows the old ID card - we have since updated it to show the new name of the species). You can now see the details like never before. These are a great addition to any collection.

We combine shipping on all orders.
