This is an original Tommy Hilfiger polo shirt as used by all members of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One race team during the 2022 season

It is the team issue version made exclusively by Tommy Hilfiger for the Mercedes F1 team.

The merchandise version is of less quality and has no Tommy Hilfiger lettering on the back (see photo) That is how you can tell the difference.
