This is a Tootsie Toy Metal US Air Force Stealth Fighter Jet Aircraft in Black.  It is made of metal and has good detail note, the markings.  It is about 2 3/8 inches long and have a wing span of about 1 1/4 inches.  It is in good condition, but shows a lot of play wear.
