Magnafix Adhesive Magnetic Tape consists of a strong flexible magnet with a secure 3M 9448 adhesive backing. This product has a width of 12.5mm and a thickness of 1.6mm and comes in a 5-metre continuous length roll. This product can be used alone or alongside its corresponding PART B
Uses for our Magnafix Magnetic Tape:
Self Adhesive Magnetic Tape can be used in a wide range of applications from soundproofing to photo displays. Magnafix Magnetic Tapes offers an excellent solution for the fixing and joining elements to either magnetic or non-magnetic surfaces. When fixing two non-metal surfaces together use this product in conjunction with Magnafix with 3M Adhesive PART B.
The specially developed adhesives for the Magnafix range of magnetic tapes provides superior adhesion to acrylics, steel, aluminium and other hard to adhere surfaces. They can be easily cut into smaller adhesive magnetic strips with scissors or a Stanley knife.
This product can be used for creating magnetic displays and signage. For lightbox signage please use our Magnafix Tape with a TESA 4965 adhesive. This product is also ideal when used for adhering flyscreens and acrylic panels (for soundproofing) to windows and doors.
Flyscreens and acrylic panels without a frame will require extra adhesive to bond, or product will fail.
