Return Policy 

We do NOT accept returns on any OPEN/USED/TESTED products

All our beauty products are new in box, as such, we will NOT accept ANY returns for open/uséd merchandise.  We do not accept returns on any unopened merchandise after 30 days. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately! We are happy to answer any questions about shades/colors/ingredients or issues refunds for any unopened merchandise

We typically ship next business day after PAYMENT is RECEIVED, except for weekends.

We answer questions during normal business hours Monday - Friday.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPMENT ARRIVAL TIMES.  UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER USPS DELIVERY TIMES AND/OR DELAYS.   YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER WITH EACH SHIPMENT.  PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT TRACKING NUMBERS WITH FIRST CLASS USPS DO NOT UPDATE IN REAL TIME.
