A beautiful vase. It's ruby red with applied clear glass handles. It has a hand painted Victorian lady on one side and her suitor on the opposite side. It has raised gold gilding and the clear base looks like gold leaf. It has a pontil. Very likely Moser Bohemian glass. It measures 8-1/4" tall and it's 2-1/2" at its widest point.
