Delivery Process
Delivery is guaranteed within 14 working days (up to 21 to Scotland or Cornwall PL TQ and EX )
Delivery company will send you text message 1-3 days before delivery to confirm the date and time slot (as soon as delivery date is known).
Please note that estimated delivery dates on eBay might not be correct and they are only estimates for small items.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to make sure the sofa fits into your home and in case we have to take the item back, our delivery company will charge £69 for taking the item back.
Terms & conditions
All our items are covered with a 12 month warranty. Upon making a purchase we require a valid contact number before your order is processed. Please be aware that we will not dispatch any orders that require our own 2 man delivery team without prior arrangement so it is vital we have a form of contact with you to do so.
Any payments made by PayPal will need to be registered to the address the items are being delivered too. This means if you pay by PayPal your address will need to be verified. Please make sure you are making the correct delivery payment before making your order as we will not be able to process the order until you have made the correct payment. We cannot accept responsibility for delays to delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check before your purchase that the sofa will fit into your home if not the delivery charge will be applied to cover our costs.
