Probably the best way to select your correct size to order is to lay out a good fitting t-shirt flat, measure the chest size and match it with my size guide. Most find they order a size larger than they normally have

Chest sizing is basically armpit to armpit

I highly recommend washing this item by hand as washing machine can damage any kind of decal on any type of sports kit including names and numbers on the rear, it also helps to prevent colour fade
