One "medium platter" unpainted bisque dollhouse miniature sized
This listing is for one "medium platter" unpainted ceramic bisque piece measuring approximately 1 1/4 inch long. (The quarter is in the photo to illustrate size only.)
They can be painted, dyed, decorated, glazed or left as is, for a unique addition to your dollhouse or roombox.
These miniature bisque items are handcrafted by an American artisan. Each is "slip cast" in an original design plaster mold. The pieces are then dried, sanded and scrubbed, then wiped with a wet sponge to smooth over the surface. Then the pieces are fired in a standard electric kiln to cone 04. The bisque is hard and ready to be painted. Crafters can use a wide variety of paint or ink for decoration, or ceramic glaze fired to cone 06. All miniatures are scaled 1" to 1'.
