Return Policy & Warranty Information

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is any defective issue, item can be exchanged within the period of our Return Policy. The buyer needs to contact us. If you see any damage or loss from the shipment, please contact us immediately within 48 hours after the confirmed receiving date. Then, we need to deal with shipping carriers (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/USPS) for shipping damage claims. If a product can not be replaced due to availability, a similar agreed upon product may be substituted of equal value or a refund will be issued. Please note that we will prepare the best packaging possible in order to reduce any risk of damage to your item. Our Return or Refund process needs to have our official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number before sending back the item. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and related handling. All packaging and accessories must be in original condition and minimum of 25% restocking fee of the item price will be charged for any return. Shipping & Handling and Insurance costs for the original shipment will not be refunded.
