ACTIVATION DIRECTIONS:
WARNING! The eSIM can only be installed once. If you remove the eSIM from your device, you cannot re-install, and you will lose it!
You must have an internet connection to activate service.
1. Install eSIM
Display the QR code on any devices such as laptop, computer, phone, iPad, etc. Then use the smartphone intent-to-use the eSIM to scan the QR code. Self recognition on smartphone may not work.
For iOS devices, go to Settings - Cellular/Mobile Data - Add eSIM / Add Cellular plan. Similar steps for Android devices depending on the devices.
2. Access Data
For iOS devices
Go to “Cellular/Mobile Data”, then select the recently downloaded eSIM on your device.
Enable the “Turn On This Line” toggle, then select your new eSIM plan for cellular/mobile data.
Enable the “Data Roaming” toggle for your new eSIM plan.
Also, make sure to select your new plan as primary for mobile data.
For Android devices
Go to “SIMs”, then select the recently downloaded eSIM on your device.
Enable the “Use SIM” toggle.
Enable the "Mobile data" toggle.
Enable "Roaming" toggle.
