This pretty dress is from Talbot's (black label) in a misses size 10.  Fully lined, made of polyester. Machine washable.  Has an A line fit with back zipper. Below the knees on me.

bust is 19.5 inches across

waist is 16 inches across

hips are 21.5 inches across

length is 42.5 inches long
