Gameboy are sourced directly from Japan and have been serviced prior to modifications. The motherboard is original.

These are Japanese units though are region free. I personally cleaned the boards, repaired any battery connectors, and tested the unit after assembly.

No game or batteries are included.

The touch sensor allows you to change the screen color, pixelate the image by holding the sensor (approximately 5 seconds), and reverting to the previous color by holding for approximately 3 seconds.

The contrast wheel adjusts brightness. The battery life due to the new screen and use of AAA’s is lower than an unmodified unit, though I have not personally tested this.

Please feel free to ask any questions. As these units are modified and use vintage components, item is being sold as-is. I do my best to line up the screens, keep everything clean, and securely and properly install everything. Due to the size of the Gameboy Pocket, it can be a little tricky. There may be minimal dust within the console, though it should not affect gameplay and is minimal.
