The mid century spanned part of the 1940's through the mid 1970's...many of the designs that were created in the early 50's were recreated in the 70's for the wild and crazy movement of contemporary modern that was sweeping the nation with the likes of Verner Panton and the world of optical illusions and bringing Danish Mod worldwide. My whole life I've been obsessed with breeze block masonry...you know those fabulous Palm Springs and Floridian fancy brick in fun designs just like on this fabric...the idea is to have brick walls that breezes can come through. It is this image that I draw the vision for this textile...modern...vintage...innovative...and futuristic.

This offering is for ONE YARD x 45 inches wide of unused unwashed off the bolt yardage...I have 50YDS being sold by the yard...likely more than that as I unroll this bolt...buy as many as you need and it will come in continuous yardage. A nice upholstery weight cotton canvas with perhaps a tinge of synthetic...from around 1965 and with all the pomp and circumstance you'd want from a retro bold and unusual textile. A crisp white ground with abstract orbs in golden chartreuse...avocado lime...wasabi lime with black accents. A flawless interpretation of mid century that is perfect in any decor from contemporary...vintage...tiki...to op art and even some traditional applications of today. There is a faint hard to even see 3" water mark on the left edge only that repeats approx every 23 inches. Easy to work around as the rest is immaculately flawless that is certainly ripe for time traveling.

I take returns...but who wants to take a return right? So I do my best to add lots of photos that depict the weight and texture and do so thoughtfully so you are getting the most virtual experience. Please only buy if you know you really want it...in other words...I'm here to have the best selling experience and I can't do that without your help. With that said...of course I will take a return...I'm just hoping more the pricing will WOW YA over wanting to return it :) Here is to a summer of fabulous Florida Finds. :)
