You're looking at a Classic Southwestern Sterling Silver Ring set with a High Grade Natural Green Variscite cabochon cut and polished by Albert Konder. Variscite is very similar to Turquoise in makeup and appearance. The top of this ring measures 35 X 16mm. The total weight of the ring is 7.5 grams. This ring is meticulously hand crafted by Albert Konder and marked AK 925. It is a size 5.5, but due to the heavy shank, I could easily stretch it up to a size 6.
