The part identification can also be checked via the vehicle list. Identification via the chassis number is more accurate.

We ship the goods from the central warehouse in the Czech Republic. Every day we deliver goods to the DHL hub in Prohlis/Germany, from where the service provider DHL (Deutsche Post) delivers to the end customers. The shipments are therefore invoiced with the Czech VAT ID number and the German sales tax rate of 19% (these are transactions within the scope of the OSS – One Stop Shop).

Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days if ordered by 2 p.m.

We only send the actual invoice with the goods, which corresponds to the invoice amount paid. It is not possible to send a shortened invoice with the goods.

If your company is registered for VAT, please provide us with your company details (company name, address, VAT number) before ordering the goods. We will create a customer account for you in our ERP system and only then will you order on eBay.

We will then show the invoiced amount without sales tax, we will issue you a corresponding invoice without sales tax and we will refund you the sales tax.

If you are purchasing for a company subject to VAT based within the EU, please inform us before purchasing. We will issue an invoice without VAT and will refund you the VAT difference via eBay.

If your shipment was not delivered, let us know and we will try to resolve the issue with the carrier. Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed and it is not always possible to deliver the shipment on the specified date. No transport company is 100% reliable and delays can occur from time to time.

If the shipment was delivered according to tracking but you did not receive it, please first check whether someone from your area (neighbor, family member) took over the shipment.

The goods can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. The return option only applies to unused and uninstalled parts that, if possible, are still in their original packaging. Please pack the shipment carefully so that it is not damaged during transport. Please place the goods in an additional delivery box, i.e. do not just use the box in which the delivered product was packed as delivery packaging.

Germany

• Free returns. If you have opened a return case, you will receive a DPD label from us. Simply print out the return slips and stick them on your packages. The next step is to drop off the packages at a Pickup parcel shop near you or give them to your DPD delivery person. Don't forget to get a receipt.

Europe + World

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a return case is opened, you will receive the return address.

Standard warranty is 2 years (consumer) or 1 year (company). If you have a complaint, please contact us; we will treat each case individually.

Please note that we do not deliver to the countries listed in the exclusion list. We also do not deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Réunion, Ceuta and Melilla.
