This guitar is unplayed, set up and ready to gig with.  It sounds and plays great. It came to us directly from Guild as B stock because it has a dark spot in the grain on the back of the headstock, as shown. The guitar has no other issues, is not marked as B stock, includes a 90 day factory warranty and anything seen in the photos are reflections.  The action is 3/32" or lower at the 12th fret, the electronics sound great, the bridge is adjustable in all directions, the fret ends are smooth and the truss rod works. The guitar shown is the guitar shipped, double boxed. We are an authorized Guild warranty service center and a Guild dealer.

The Surfliner’s sound is driven by the Guild Rocker Pickup Switching System, with master volume, tone control, and 3 rocker switches. Each rocker switch is assigned to a single pickup allowing players to dial in a total of 7 pickup combinations, every possible combination available from the three pickups. The LB-1 Bridge pickup is a recreation of vintage Guild Humbuckers from the 60’s offering a range of tones well-suited for a variety of playing styles and genres. The middle and neck pickups are a matched set of Dearmond Aerosonic middle and neck single coil pickups. These pickups feature Alnico V magnets and a shielded nickel cover. The Surfliner features a fast-playing satin finished neck and a gloss body.
