In excellent condition and still in working order just need new battery and a deep clean no box , 1 charger cable with silver charging dock that works but no light and black charging dock works fine with lights. I haven’t used the phone in over 10 years so please know I cannot answer all questions but was working fine when I had it that’s why I kept it and works for 02, t mobile, orange, vodaphone and these phones now are easily to repair
