1.The following items may be returned for a refund:

– Defective merchandise.

– Merchandise that was misplaced or was not shipped correctly.

– Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.

2.If your items arrives broken please follow instructions below:

– Inspect all shipments upon arrival and before signing delivery receipts.

– If there is damage, you must refuse the order describe the damage on the delivery receipt. Simply write items arrived damaged.

– If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.

– Returns and cancellations not due to damage. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days. Please note there will be a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handing charges.

3.The Bath Depot is not responsible for any labor costs incurred as the result of wrong or defective parts. Finally, merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit.

4.If the item is defective or damaged, we will issue credit in full OP send you a replacement protect if it's still.

Free spare parts are offered within 7 days from the date order has been received. There is a fee if this is exceeded and this will depend on the original product received and the spare part you require.

Only manufacturing or material defects are covered by guarantee. It DOES NOT apply to normal wear and tear, serviceable parts, neglect, abuse, accidental damage, glass damage due to installation.

Please DO NOT book any plumbers/builders until you have received and checked your item. 

Please note we DO NOT reimburse cost of installation/fitting. If you have installed your product and have then realized fault we will not cover or reimburse the cost of this, as we state everything must be checked over before booking in works.
