ANY DISC RETURNED WITH ANYTHING STUCK TO PAD, WILL BE DIS-QUALIFIED FOR REPLACEMENT/ REFUND!  

TERMS OF SALES

1) Product you receive may vary slightly between batches as they are received from manufacturer,

2) We only post to the address as received with payment. Should you wish your purchase posted elsewhere, please amend address BEFORE sending payment,

3) Should you have a problem? Don't worry as we offer a 14 day returns policy. This covers any fault discovered upon delivery, as well as a fault which occurs during the first days of use.

A) Send a message, using the ''SEND SELLER MESSAGE'' option  ONLY'' clearly stating the reason for the return request (As we describe our products with care, ''not as described'', will not be acceptable). If you've simply changed your mind, please say so.

B) Should return be approved, we will provide your Returns Ref (Must be written clearly onto the front top edge of the package),

C) Return the product complete with all parts/accessories (failure to comply may cause severe delays). Note; Monies will be refunded these when reason is confirmed by testing.

D) Item will be fully tested, if reason for return is confirmed, we will replace or refund (Any returns postage fee will be included in refund).

4) As we only post packages via a Post Office, any items paid for on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be posted upon the next work day. At time of posting we'll obtain a 'Proof of Posting'. Therefore, should your purchase fail to arrive within the 15 weekdays allowed before the Post Office declare post ''lost'', drop us a email to explain and we'll post an replacement (or refund ONLY should no stock remain).
