Vintage Kodak Series VI, 38 mm. push-on adapter ring and Kodak round lens shade.  The lens hood is in very good to excellent condition.  The adapter ring has a couple small "scuff marks" that do not affect function at all. 

Also included is a Kodak series VI daylight filter in a case, which is in very good condition.

Overall, this is in very good and usable condition.
