The laptop is fully refurbished with genuine, activated, Windows 11 Home.

Supplied with a high performance Intel Core i3 CPU, 32GB of super fast DDR4 Ram, 4TB SSD storage, 14" HD screen, HD webcam, USB 3.0, HDMI output and installed with Windows 11 Home.

Completely pre configured and functional, all you need to do is plug in and start using. We supply the Lenovo charger and Power cable along with the laptop.

We accept secure payment from all major credit and debit card providers via eBay.

We do accept payment via bank transfer, please contact us if you wish to make payment this way.

Please note for security reasons we only ship to your registered eBay address and we do not take card payments over the phone.

We are a VAT registered company and Invoice will be provided upon request.

Delivery

Shipping our items is very important to us, we send all our items in brand new double walled boxes, we wrap each item in bubble wrap and use lots of packing to ensure your item gets to you safely, we use a next business day signed for courier service that are insured for loss or damage, all items are tracked from the moment they leave us to the moment they arrives with you.

All of our standard England, Wales and southern Scotland deliveries are free of charge.

Customers outside of the UK can still purchase our items, we use the fully approved eBay international dispatch centre for items leaving the UK.

Very small items are dispatched via Royal Mail postal service.

Collection may be available on some of our items, if you are interested in collecting, please get in touch with us to arrange.

Returns

All of our items come with a 1 year "Return To Base" hardware warranty.

We understand there is nothing worse than an item arriving damaged or faulty, simply get in touch with us by phone or eBay message centre and we will resolve any issue you may have. 

Items are fully insured against loss or damage and we will make sure any issue you have is resolved quickly and professionally. 

If you have an issue with your item within the first 30 days, simply contact us and we will collect and replace your item. 

After 30 days, if you have an issue please contact us via the eBay message centre and we will arrange for you to return the PC to us. 

Conditions of return for items after 30 days.

  • Please keep the original box and packing in case you need to return anything to us.
  • Return postage after 30 days is paid by the buyer.
  • Items damaged during return cannot be repaired or replaced so please ensure the item is insured against loss or damage with the courier you choose.
  • If an item cannot be repaired we will replace with a like for like item.
  • We use liquid indicators on our devices, if we see that an item has liquid damage, the 1 year warranty is no longer valid, this also applies to physical damage or damage caused by 3rd party upgrades. 
  • Laptop batteries are not covered by the 1 year return to base warranty, batteries degrade over time so cannot be covered, we can however supply and help install batteries if required.
  • The warranty is for the hardware itself not the software installed, we cannot replace or repair items based upon software issues such as incompatibility.
  • If you do have an issue with the software on the device such as the OS. We can re-install the latest supported OS for that device (OS Compatibility changes over time) we do recommend you backup your data first before returning to us.
