Item:    Eight Curlytops Series Books

Description:  A group of eight of the Curlytops series by Howard R. Garis.  Garis is better know as the author of the Uncle Wiggily rabbit books.  This lot are early printings.  All but one lists to itself at the front of the book.  Three list to Sunset Beach in the ads at back.  Five list to Touring Around.  They all have black and white clay-coated frontispieces. 

Condition:   Acceptable to Good condition.  Half of the bindings are quite sound, the remainder have some cracking to the gutters at the endpaper or after the frontispiece.  None is completely split.  The covers show soil and wear to the corners and edges.  All endpapers but one have a price sticker in the front, the other has a pull mark.  All have a small inventory sticker on the back endpaper also. Some have dated gift inscriptions.  The pages and text block edges have some occasional soil and are tanned, but all are completely legible.  

Shipping: Packaged weight will be under 3.5 kilograms.   Mailed from Canada. Canada does not have a book or media rate, and postage is expensive, so please check shipping cost before buying. For packages going outside Canada, tracking is only available when a tracked or expedited shipping option is chosen, and not for lettermail or small packet.   Shipping can be combined for multiple purchases to reduce cost.  Packages sent surface/sea/ground mail will take 6-8 weeks to arrive in Europe or Asia, and will take 10-12 weeks to arrive in Australia.
