3 rechargeable batteries (NiMH, HR6/AA 1.2V, 2450mAh) are included. The batteries can be replaced and lasts for a minimum of 2 years.

For the best charging effect, it is recommended that you place the solar panel outdoors in direct sunlight.

IKEA recommends IKEA LADDA rechargeable batteries.

You turn on, turn off and adjust the brightness of the lamp with the same button.

If you press the button once, the lamp turns on with a bright light, press a second time to decrease the brightness, and press a third time to turn the lamp off.

If you press the button for more than 2 seconds, it will light up – green means that the battery is sufficiently full and red means that it needs to be charged.

To access the rechargeable batteries – unscrew the battery cover on the back of the lamp with a screwdriver.
