The Padlock Collector, 100 years of Padlocks by Franklin M. Arnall.  This book is in excellent condition except for some stains on the front cover. These stains have not soaked through to the other side of the cover and seem to be surface only-please see photo.  This is a third edition of the book from May, 1977.
