At first glance this appears to be a dress but it's actually a  top with matching skirt from Montgomery Ward Carol Brent line

Still has original hang tag, it has never been worn. From an estate it was hanging in a closet stored in a garment bag.

The top has very faint marks on right side. they don't stand out at all  which makes them difficult to photograph,but are there( see close-up photos)

Top has 5 front buttons closure.  Full box pleats skirt has side metal zipper with single button closure. Has original matching belt.

Tagged size 10 which is much smaller by today's standard so please go by the measurements
