I specialize in vintage Pyrex, all info guaranteed accurate unless stated otherwise. This #8336 band goes to the 1950s-70s era Pyrex Flameware 6 cup teapot- see last pic for reference only, this teapot is available in a separate listing unless sold. I have only hand washed and not polished the band with metal polish, don't have time right now, but polishing would make it look even better, ask me how or ask me to polish before shipping, no extra charge. 

Also it IS possible this band is historically correct for the earlier late 1930s to 1940s version of this 6 cup teapot, but I am not certain, would have to do research. Please ask any questions.
