Official BSA Cub Scout Med/Lrg 42" Blue Strap Uniform Belt New with Tags

Item is new but has been stored in a closet. May have dust etc on it from storage. Would benefit from washing prior to wear. Item sells as is and as seen in photos. Photos are considered to be part of description. I make every attempt to notice and describe/photograph any and all defects, but I am human and may have overlooked something. Review photos carefully prior to purchase. Tag States 42", but when I measured I got only 40"
