This was likely Gift From the Condor club during the 60's and 70's. SImilar to a Fillmore Filmore Poster : from wikipedia : The Condor Club nightclub is a striptease bar or topless bar in the North Beach section of San Francisco, Broadway St. California.  The club became famous in 1964 as the first fully topless nightclub in America, featuring the dancer Carol Doda wearing a monokini.

The plastic wrap has deteriorated over the past 50 years. The ones that are in plastic wrap  have become slightly concave. The ones that do not have plastic wrap on them have a relatively flat top cover.  See pictures with cotton on the cellophane so you can see the concave deformation.
