This item includes two (2 ) Western Digital Caviar SE WD 1200 drives, one (1) Adaptec 1210 SA Raid Controller Card and two (2) drive attachment (SATA) cables.

As with most computer hardware, software and systems you need to have the technical knowledge and skill necessary to install and utilize this item. We cannot provide installation or technical support as there are simply too many permutations of operating systems, hardware and software available, so if you buy this item, it is sold AS IS and is not returnable. This hardware (drives and raid card) were running when system was dismantled. The drives were erased which confirms they are tested and working as expected. The drives were erased using a hardware device caller "Drive Erazer Ultra" so there is no data of any kind left on these drives. You will need to install your operating system and any other software you need to initialize your new installation. Please consult the various manufacturers website for support documentation for the disk drives, raid adapter card or any drivers necessary for your specific installation.
