Your item will be delivered to the address shown in order details.  I do not post to any other address.  If you are moving house by the time your item is due to be delivered, do not bid on my items as I cannot post items to any address other than the one shown in order details on Ebay.

Please expect the item by the estimated delivery date, as I usually have 50+ items to post at any given time.  My items are also kept in storage which I go to once a week and I am not a business and sell on Ebay in my spare time. I cannot guarantee your item will delivered prior to the estimated delivery date, so please ensure that you are aware of this date before purchase as I do not cancel sales.

Due to limited resources, I can only respond to one email chasing / requesting update on items delivery as the estimated delivery date will be shown in the purchase history / order details once you have purchased your item and you need to expect your item by this date.

Once the item is purchased, you can find the estimated delivery date in your purchase history on the main Ebay website.  For the Ebay app, you need to go into order details, click on item details, see original listing, scroll down to Postage, returns and payments and the estimated delivery date is shown there.  Please note that I do not look up this information for customers.

Unfortunately I can not combine P&P for 2 build a bear items, which are large letters.  

I do try to combine P&P (if P&P is shown) were possible, but sometimes I can not due to combined items being heavier or changing from a large letter to parcel. However, if you want to see if your combined items qualify for combined postage & packaging, please contact me before bidding / purchase.

On completion of the sale, please wait for me to send you an invoice before payment.  If you do not wait and pay for your items straight away, P & P will NOT be combined - sorry.  The items will then be sent individually.  

I do not refund any overpaid P&P, so please wait for a combined invoice.  If a mobile / tablet does not allow you to request a combined invoice or makes you pay for buy it now items straight way, you may have to access Ebay via a laptop or desktop to benefit from combined p&p. The 'request total' option can be found in your basket.

Combined P&P within 3 consecutive days only.

I do not offer collection / change auctions to buy it now / do bulk deals/ nor post overseas unless these options are offered as a postage option in my listing.

I do not cancel any bids or cancel purchases once bought (before or after payment).  Nor to I offer any refunds or returns.  

Please note that Ebay automatically cancels the sale after 3 days of non payment

During December each year I close my shop at 23.59pm on the 10th December until Christmas Day.  This will ensure all my items sold by 10th December are posted before Christmas.  Any items sold from 11th December onwards each year, please expect the item by the estimated delivery date as you will not receive you item in time for Christmas.

When my shop is closed, Ebay always informs customers of this on all of my listings.
