Your item will arrive on a wooden pallet to the
kerbside/doorstep. If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the
entrance of the building or as near as possible depending on driveways or
pathways.
The
delivery vehicle could be up to a 18 tonne lorry, please advise if this size
vehicle will not fit down your access road. The driver will NOT assist you with moving the
appliance into your property.
Deliveries
are between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday (Excludes bank holidays and Sundays. Extra
charges apply for Saturdays and booked time slots).

Warranty
This item comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty –
please register your appliance either with the card or telephone number
provided.
Terms and Conditions
a) We are not liable of loss of earnings due to late or
delayed delivery.
b) In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during
transit please refuse delivery and a full refund will be issued.
c) Any failed palletised delivery will be subject to a
£40 rebooking fee, alternatively you can collect free of charge from your local
depot.
d) Please check the item will fit inside your house as returns
will be at your expense.
e) We do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred
as a result of product failure.
f) It is your responsibility to protect your furnishings
and flooring whilst your item is being delivered. We are not liable for any damage
to your property.
g) All appliances must be installed by a gas safe or
electrical certified engineer. We are not liable for any installation faults
which may occur due to incorrect installation.
